Jeff was brought in as the Chief Restructuring Officer of OneWorld Energy Inc., a struggling renewable energy company, with solar and wind development projects. Jeff came into an insolvent situation and was able to complete a 10 MW wind project and sell all assets of company and satisfy the company’s creditors and avoiding a bankruptcy.
